A paid vacation request during summer holidays!?

According to my colleague, our company’s summer holidays are from 10-Aug (Sun) till 16-Aug (Sat). To begin with, I wonder why my company hasn’t given a holiday notice to me. I found this information from my colleague today!!
Please listen to me, our temporary workers should have to present a paid vacation request to a company when we take a day off during summer holidays!! I really can’t understand our company’s paid vacation system. We can’t take a paid vacation at normal days easily because it’s difficult to find our substitutions when we take a day off. Therefore, we have to present it during company’s summer vacations.

In the first place, I have to find two or three substitutions when I take a day off only one day. Even if I would like to take some of days off, how many substitutions should I have find? There’s no worker who are fit for my change. It goes without saying I can instruct from all Adult members swimming classes till small children swimming classes but there’s no one almighty worker like this. Therefore I find a worker who can instruct Adult member classes and other worker who can instruct children swimming classes. These are really my strong stress.
Current our company is really the black company. Why we can’t take a paid vacation at normal day and why should I have to present a paid vacation request during summer holidays?
