At 25-oct-2014(Sat), Matsubara portable shrine had carried by many members of region for the carrying party inauguration ceremony.
Originally, this
portable shrine is carried only formal shrine’s festival at 3, 4, 5-May every
year but this was a first time to carry except formal festival.
9:00a.m. in the
morning, many members gathered in front of shrine. They carried the portable
shrine together as an Odawara bayashi drum music appeared out of nowhere…
This portable
shrine was carried by the Odawara carry style. A certain man start singing a
kiyari song, then all carries people stop their shout. And as soon as this
kiyari song is finished singing, then all carries people dash to the target as
they carry the portable shrine!! Sometime, the target is a shopping center, a
Ohayashi float or a person’s house so on. Odawara carrying style of the
highlight is this portable shrines dash scene.
At 12:00p.m.
Matsubara portable shrine arrived at Miyuki beach and it dash to the edge of
water after the Kiyari song. Many people had a look at this scene indeed the
first time in fifty eight years.
After this
highlight scene, portable shrine had returned back to Matsubara shrine and it had
put away until next year of the festival.
