Sagami bay in a Pacific ocean

I often go to an Odawara city seaside in order to swim in this sea. Originally, this seaside is a swimming prohibition but I always enter to the water when I visit. This water is very deep soon from edge of water therefore there’s nobody entering the sea although the season is midsummer.
 

Actually, there’re many shells and fishes in bottom of this water. I’m always free diving about 6 to 10 meters from the surface of the water. Absolutely, it prohibits getting those shells and fishes by free diving but this water is a swimming prohibition therefore nobody around this seaside every time.
I can see many shells bottom of water. For example, these are turbans, abalones, big swimming crabs and sea urchins.

So, I had met a small shark when I swim to 100m offshore. Of course, he didn’t assault me at that time but I felt so terrible when I see it. Anyway, I really like this seaside.

A paid vacation request during summer holidays!?

According to my colleague, our company’s summer holidays are from 10-Aug (Sun) till 16-Aug (Sat). To begin with, I wonder why my company hasn’t given a holiday notice to me. I found this information from my colleague today!!
Please listen to me, our temporary workers should have to present a paid vacation request to a company when we take a day off during summer holidays!! I really can’t understand our company’s paid vacation system. We can’t take a paid vacation at normal days easily because it’s difficult to find our substitutions when we take a day off. Therefore, we have to present it during company’s summer vacations.

In the first place, I have to find two or three substitutions when I take a day off only one day. Even if I would like to take some of days off, how many substitutions should I have find? There’s no worker who are fit for my change. It goes without saying I can instruct from all Adult members swimming classes till small children swimming classes but there’s no one almighty worker like this. Therefore I find a worker who can instruct Adult member classes and other worker who can instruct children swimming classes. These are really my strong stress.
Current our company is really the black company. Why we can’t take a paid vacation at normal day and why should I have to present a paid vacation request during summer holidays?

I remember old time.

Hi all, I’m japanese and I’m living in Japan. My commuter time was about each 3 hours between my home town’s train station and working company’s bus station. therefore I was always using about 6 hours rounds trip everyday.

My home town is Odawara-city, Kanagawa-pref. and my company town was Kodaira-city, at Tokyo. First of all, I always rode on a train of Odakyu-line from Odawara station(5:38am). and I transferred to Nanbu-line at Noborito station at Kawasaki-city(7:16am). Next, I transferred to Musashino-line at Fuchu-honmachi station(7:39am). Finally, I rode on a bus between Shin-kodaira station(7:50am) and near the company’s bus station(8:30am). Actually, I was really hard both physical and mental. ‘Cause very tired everyday. Recently, I got a reservation business hotel near the compnay every now and then. But I’d like to go back home after work.
Was there the american person who is long commuter time rather then me?

Day off reason at a day off

An employee said all staffs include part time worker suddenly, “Please all staffs take part in a lecture at next day off. This is a formal manager’s order. If someone won’t attend this lecture, tell me reason please.”
When I heard this request, I’ve got a feeling that this manager’s order is a violation law because workers are protected by the labor standards act. Why we must explain company our off reasons at a day off? After this employee asking, I soon answered him that I won’t attend it.


Actually I would say to him, I won’t attend a lecture because the day is a day off. Why should I come to work although it’s day off? Can I take a day off other day instead of this attendance except no substitutions?
Of course, I didn’t say that. But I told him that I have to do another job at that time.
Well, I’m not formal employee. I’m working here since 6 years before and a company hasn’t asked me formal employee invitation at once during over 6 years. A company don’t want me for formal employee therefore I can work other job. Absolutely, I’m working here over 8 hours every day except day off thus I can’t get other job but I used this reason for my taking a day off at a day off.

Be taken to a police

My wife’s friend who is a dog owner for a German Shepherd dog, were suddenly taken to a police when she had walked with her dog at a park.
Me, “Ha…???. I don’t understand, tell me please detail information.”
According to her, when she made her pet of a German Shepherd dog walked and played at the park of Minami-Ashigara(南足柄市) city then suddenly police men who they are working at Matsuda station Kanagawa prefecture’s police(神奈川県警、松田警察署) came to her. They said, “A certain man reported to police that a German Shepherd dog walked in a park alone. Is this your dog?”

She played her dog and then she releases a dog because there’s no person around here. She answered a police, “Yes, but this dog is not walking alone. I don’t release my dog. Don’t worry sir.”
But they took her to a police box in order to take a record and they made her written the record. “I never bring my dog to this park.”
Me, “What…?”
Why can police make her written about this meaning of record? Is this an abuse of police authority? And she said, “Police man often visit here for a patrol but they are asking only me. I think that this is harassment for me!! I’m really hateful.”
If it’s true, I would oppress this completely ‘Cause this is very important occurrence by an abuse of police authority.

Special holidays gives only for formal employees.

I heard that formal employees will be able to take the continuous rest for five days but we won’t. ‘Cause we are not formal employee.
For example, part time job workers have worked about 4 or 5 hours per day mainly but formal employees have worked about 8 or 9 hours per day. Therefore these special holidays give only for formal employees. I see this point but there’re some of part time workers include me, have worked about 8 or 9 hours every day and these part time workers are working harder and longer than formal employee. I really regret, why these harder worker won’t get the continuous rest as well as formal employee.

To begin with, many workers are difficult to become a formal employee in a current working system. It’s different from before. Maybe, former Junichiro-Koizumi Prime Minister might change working system in Japan. Especially our part time workers can’t become formal employee even if we would work hard and fast. A company isn’t correct judgment for employment but they can choice by only liking. Because they never adopt a good worker who is no late arrives nor absence and no problem. But women who look like a pretty are often adopted for formal employee. Absolutely, they were new inexperienced persons. Therefore these formal employees had soon resigned a company. I’m working here over six years and how many formal employees had resigned a company during six years although they could adopt formal employee in this company. Is it 8, 9 or 10 formal employees? It’s really unbelievable.

That's one thing, this's another.

Suddenly, my wife said me that a person who I know, passed away last night. According to my wife’s information, His wake is tomorrows night between 6:00p.m and 8:00p.m. And his funeral is a one day after.
I soon reported my manager about it and I’d like to take part in his wake tomorrows night therefore I want to leave work early only one hour before. Actually, my tomorrows work is from 10:00a.m till 7:30p.m. I’ll be able to take part in his wake if I pull up at 6:30p.m. But he said to me, “Please search your substitution certainly by yourself. Even if you won’t find it, you wouldn’t be able to leave work early.” And he add, “That’s one thing, this is another. You must charge with a task.”

I was really surprise and I thought that a manager doesn’t have a common sense!!
Listen to me please I often canceled to appear my relatives wake and a funeral due to busy work because I couldn’t find my substitution. I don’t know how many time have I canceled already. But this time, the person who passed away is not my relation. He is very important man for me…
I really don’t know why I won’t attend his wake tomorrow and why I search my substitution by myself?
At last, my job fellow granted my wish therefore I’ll be able to take part in his wake tomorrow night.
