Where did a missing person go?

I went to a police station to file a missing report. About five weeks ago, I received a notice that a person missing suddenly. An executive director soon ran to a customer office. According to an officer, a missing person has disappeared without notice in an early morning. After the incident, we’re searching but a missing person doesn’t find yet.

In a police station, I sat in an interrogation room with an information of a missing person. A detective asked me the missing of detail information.

When 2 hours have passed, a detective said, “Is resolution done?”. And he continued, “Even if a missing body will find somewhere, you’ll have to take a body? Many missing has almost found a cadaver.”

After this I was written a paper, I receive a missing person if it becomes a cadaver.

Absolutely, a missing person won’t find a cadaver probably but a police said, “This paper is 25 years in force.” In other words, I have a responsible for a missing person during 25 years. Impossible!!

She hasn't got a director's qualification.

When I had caught a flu virus, I visited to hospital from very early morning at 7:00a.m. although my job time was 3:00p.m. afternoon.

But I couldn’t be seemed by a doctor soon because children who had taken a fever over 38 degrees Celsius took precedence.

Time was over 12:00p.m. my name didn’t call yet. I was waiting over 5 hours, I asked doctor that my current fever is also over 38 degrees Celsius. Please look at me although I’m not children.

At last, I could ask my company over 1:00p.m. my flu infection.

I soon told about my illness to swimming director but she said, “Your contact is too late. Your proxy won’t find by your late!!”

I was really surprise by her comment to me. What should I do at that time? I think, she hadn’t got a director’s qualification!!

And she said, “You haven’t got a good friendship with other job worker therefore your proxy requests always refuse, don’t you?”

This comment is a power harassment.

She and club’s top manager asked me, “Why don’t you make an apology us?” but I couldn’t make an apology to them because I was not bad anything!!

I often remember her although it’s past over four months after resignation. I was really angry for her of Kataoka!!

Even if I could return back that our days again, it would really wonderful, wouldn’t it?

So I remember that it’s past over four years after the day. You said, “I’d like to ride on a plane.” I answered you, “Okay let’s go with me.”

I know you already forget me by your hard life but I can’t forget you ‘Cause that our times are really enjoyable for me…

I know we never meet again probably but it’s okay. I understand since when you left from front of me at that time.

The season will soon become winter. This coldness is also stepping on to around you.

Japan doesn’t need to accept refugees

TV news broadcasts said, Japan accept many refugees as well as EU. When I first saw this TV news, Japan doesn’t need to accept refugees.

Why?

I strongly oppose to accept refugees from Syria because Japan has already accepted many foreigners from developing countries. Our Japanese accepting foreigners from developing countries system was called the Technical Intern Training Program. (TITP).

Absolutely, many foreigners from developing countries don’t pay many taxes in Japan and they are protected very strong rule by a law in Japan.

Their salary is kept a minimum wage by Japanese law.

Our Japanese citizens have to pay an income tax every month from our salary but they don’t need to pay tax.

A money which they pay a pension from their salary will pay back them after returning to their countries.

TITP is a very good system for many developing countries but TV news never broadcast this system in Japan.

The Japanese people who don’t know anything this system request for accepting refugees. It would be foolish.
Current Japanese government considers that more expansion is being considered.

Please broadcast our Japanese this system when TV news broadcasts a problem of refugees in order to inform many unknown ignorant Japanese.

I really think so.

Hurry up to execute.

I often check current Japanese condemned criminals. Now there’re over 130 in a prison. They are waiting for their execution every day.

I think, hurry up to execute them especially long time waiting person because many new condemned criminals are in coming to the prison.

It goes without saying that they should have to execute immediately because Japanese condemned criminals are murderer certainly and they killed many people. I can’t help wishing to make them executed as fast as possible.

The minister of justice should have to order execution soon. Even if a minister doesn’t order it, this minister is unnecessary!!

Japan is a law abiding country and these death penalty rule is made by our Japanese citizens. Not made by a government!!

Please don’t forget it. This rule is made by us and I can’t help hoping to execute. If there’re person who opposes this death penalty rule, it’s antipathy to all Japanese people.

Many memories

My current job will soon finish. I’m working here since 6 years and a half ago. This working is a very enjoy and freshness for me. As you know, I was a computer system engineer before this job worker. After resignation of the system engineer, I soon selected swimming coach job because I like swim.

There’re many remembers during 6 years and a half. I invited certain woman who was children swimming coach to Takamatsu city by airplane because she want to ride on a plane. Of course, I always ride on a plane for going to Takamatsu or foreign countries so on but she hadn’t ridden on an airplane. I thought that I was very enjoyable to go on a date with her.

Someday, our swimming coaches were swimming in an ocean about 100 meter offshore from water edge. Then coach of leader requested us to dive there and pick up stone from bottom of this ocean!!

We were diving but many coaches didn’t pick up stone but I could get it. Maybe, this water’s depth was near 10 meter. A visibility was so bad therefore I couldn’t see anything when I dived. I picked it up, I really joyful at that time. I never forget these experiences.

I made a decision to quit a job.

I made a decision to quit current job at last. Actually, my family, parents and my wife’s parents request me to change job because current swimming coach’s job is not formal employee.
I always got many formal employees proxy job but my proxy request doesn’t get anyone because I’m contract employee. Therefore, I often give up my family’s plan and private schedule by job.

As you know, not only I have no national holidays but also no consecutive holidays when I start this job of 6 years and a half!! Furthermore, current company doesn’t give me a rest although I have a fever by illness. Why? Absolutely, it needs to find a proxy worker for me when I take a day off.

Total job workers are too few especially for my proxy because I’m special job worker. I can instruct from 3 years old little child to an adult members hard medley classes. It’s almighty. But there’s no swimming coach to instruct these almighty classes therefore my proxy doesn’t find easily. Even formal employees can’t instruct almighty classes!!

Come to think of it, I remember that many formal employees resigned during 6 years and a half. Perhaps, formal employees are also requested hard job by the company. I know that over 10 formal employees go away from this job. If it includes contract employees in this count, it’s over 20 or 30 workers have left here during 6 years and a half!!

Now I think, I’ll be able to work here about 2 years but I’ll give up current working shift time after over 2 years due to tired by old age. If my shift time will shrink more, my salary will also shrink. Current salary is not enough nevertheless it’ll shrink more only 2 years after. Now my body is no problem and I have a power to change of job.

IT’S NOW OR NEVER!!

Don’t lose this timing. I know, I’ve got the feeling sadness for leaving many little pretty children but I have to stay alive after 2 years!!
