Current my crazy
company requests our part-timer that not only doesn’t take a day off, but also
find a substitute if we take a day off. But formal employees often take a
day off every now and then without their substitutions!! Why?
Employees don’t
have many swimming lessons thus they’re easy to take a day off but our
part-timer (Include temporary worker) have many swimming lessons include Adult
lessons thus it’s very difficult to get it without substitution. I guess,
part-timers are easy to take a day off originally rather than formal employees.
First of all, it’s part-time job…
I’m always working
about 160-170 hours in month generally. The most is swimming lesson. Absolutely,
I like this work but my dissatisfaction is very hardly to take a day off!!
For instance one
day I was suddenly called my family, it was said that the relative passed away.
I did attend my relative funeral but I didn’t, because I didn’t find a
substitution of my lesson at that time. I was obliged to give up my relative
funeral halfway and I had run to work place for my lesson. It goes without
saying I soon returned back to my relative funeral after the lesson soon. Of course
this is very rare case...
Anyway, it’s too
hard to take a day off!!
