Ride on a bicycle for your health!!

Ride on a bicycle in order to your fat burning and your foot muscle training. Of course, choice bicycle is a road bike or a hybrid bicycle because it’s desirable that a light weight bicycle can go up to an upslope. So, I have a three type of my training courses near my town.
(He is my job fellow)

First course is a Ishigaki(石垣山) mountain. I go up from Hayakawa(早川) side and go down to the entrance Hakone road of Kazamatsuri(風祭) side.

Second course is a Ashigara(足柄山) mountain. I go up from Oyama town Shizuoka-pref(静岡県小山町) side and go down to Minami-Ashigara(南足柄) city side.

Third course is a very tight course. It’s a Hakone mountain. I go up a path through a forestry road from Odawara city, Kuno region side to Miyagino(箱根宮城野) town and I continue to go up to Otome(乙女峠) top of the mountain. And I go down to Gotemba(静岡県御殿場市) city Shizuoka-pref.
After this, I must go back to Odawara city by way of the Route246 between Gotenba city and Odawara city by bicycle.

I really recommend you to go somewhere good point by a bicycle for your health.
