Current My Circumstance

I worked as a computer software engineer for 20 years and later moved to a swimming coach instructor. After working full time for seven years,I’m now a part time swimming coach, and belongs to an acceptance supervision organization for foreign technical intern trainees.

On the other hand, ShorinjiKempo started at the age of middle school, and is now six dan degree level. I also served as director of Odawara brunch, where I worked hard to practice with children in my dojo twice a week.

I published my first novel, “The Wings of the Phoenix”, because I wanted to convey as much detail as possible to the world about the local Matsubara Shrine Festival in Odawara, which I’ve been involved in since I was a child. It’s also on Amazon as an e-book now.

So, I still love swimming. It enters the sea in the local Miyukigahama-beach alone from about June, and it dives by free dive to 7 or 8 meters bottom of the sea.

Novel of the Phoenix Wings

     In November 2018, my mail box of G-mail account has got some of questions. Then I was asked about Matsubara shrine festival via my making shrine’s web site. He started to ask me, “Can I ask you some of questions about shrine’s festival?” and he continued like this.

“I would like to know, where does the course select the portable shrine during festival three days because I couldn’t find all 28 region’s festival offices although I follow your making festival map when I searched.”

Then I soon answered him, “Some of festival offices are not permanent therefore the offices are built at the place even if it needs.”

So, I have a decision to write a memorandum of the festival scene as soon as I answered him via e-mail. After this, I wrote a memorandum of the festival situations. But I found that it’s too uninteresting unfortunately thereupon I soon changed my concept and I decided to write a novel. By this, I must assemble fiction story for only interesting!!

     At first, I wrote a festival way of thinking and a festival method the first half of the story because I want every reader to understand our Matsubara shrine’s festival before entering the main story.

From story middle, a hero of “Hana” enters the stage with her friend of “Yuko”. They will be affected anything happening each other during this festival without fail. Absolutely, these happenings were the all truth.

I can’t help wishing all readers to know our special festival in Odawara city, Kanagawa prefecture.

I cannot keep this rule

When I went to restaurant with my wife for taking dinner together I ordered beer then I was asked by waiter, “You don’t drive a car, do you?” I always answered, “Absolutely, I don’t drive after drinking an alcohol.” But then, a waiter asked me, “You don’t drive a car and a bicycle, do you?”

Me: Bicycle…!?

Then I said to him, “Why I can’t ride on a bicycle after drinking a beer? Bicycle haven’t got an engine!!” and I said “I might ride on a bicycle after drinking a beer.”

To begin with, I’m obliged to ride a bicycle when I drink an alcohol because of prohibition driving an automobile nevertheless I can’t ride a bicycle.

I never acknowledge and I’ll use a bicycle after drinking an alcohol.

I want to complain to a person who made a decision this crazy rule. “I wonder why you don’t decide to prohibit a drinking alcohol in itself.”

Looking strange dream last night

I saw a very strange dream after a long time.

Here is somewhere countryside, time is looking like afternoon, I and my friend go into the forest together. Then a cave suddenly appears front of us… We don't hesitate to go inside because we can look a light from the other side of the hole. We could go through other side as we are digging a gravel by our hands. At last, we exit the hole and we just look a wooden building front of us. This building looks like old wooden school building…

We go inside the building and we can see some of people who queue front of a certain office. I soon feel very strange feeling from them and I think, there're many strange persons in the office. We want to go through this office but office door is open we will find inside persons when we go through… I request to enter inside a room to my friend. My friend accepts my request and he go inside!! But he soon flies out to the corridor and he said, "Let's go out here and we have to return back to the hole right now. I'll explain anything after return through the hole!!"

We run to the hole and we soon return inside together. The hole is closed we dig a gravel very hard but we can't go through the hole at last!! I said, "We cannot return and this hole is gradually buried. Hurry up to get out this hole." Reluctantly, we go back to strange world again. What should we do after this… Should I try to enter the strange room for understanding anything or not?

I don't know but I understand gradually. This world is different, for example time is long. A day time is 24 hours in our world but this world is twice as large long as our world thus it's over 48 hours. In other words, this world is not our life. Can we go back to our world?

Guest house (Vacation rentals)

Recently, my neighbor house had sold a guest house company suddenly. The company employee came to me for greeting about new business at that house. My other neighbor looks like so anxious this guest house very well. This area is very old traditional region thus inhabitants are living here ancestral. Especially, Odawara city has a very long history as well as Kyoto, Osaka regions. It’s over 1,000 years very famous castle town in Japan. Maybe, this guest house users will be foreigners mainly and I believe that they will bring some of problems to our neighbor without fail. My job is a technical intern trainee acceptance therefore I’m always connection with many foreigners every day.

Then I teach them at first to be silent because Japanese dislike noisy very well. For example, it isn’t possible to ring a sound car klaxon horn due to prohibition by raw. Even if you talk to someone normal voice at night, neighbor living person will call police soon because of noisy complaint. Anyway, noisy trouble is a top problem in Japan. Every supper should have to eat only family members with silence it’s a ban a party with many friends when it takes a supper. I can’t believe many foreigners will not take place a party each time of their supper.

And top 2 trouble is a garbage problem. Japanese should have to wash many garbage by water before throw away because garbage will be bad smell soon especially summer season thus our Japanese wash garbage by water. Bad smell is a public pollution therefore a neighbor person will be guard for dumping ground every day. Even if you throw away garbage without wash, you can’t throw away next time because watch keeping person soon return your garbage to you. I can’t believe many foreigners will wash garbage before throw away.

NHK swindle money out of persons

NHK staff suddenly came to my home for contract of subscription fee payment. I soon send him away from my home because I dislike NHK.

Actually, NHK swindle money out of persons. I know that they cheated Vietnamese technical interns for taking an illegal contract of subscription fee payment. However, the NHK doesn’t ask for Chinese technical inters...

Do you know why? NHK receives the capital of the large amount from China. They discriminate against a person clearly.

At first, technical interns live in Japan several days yet they don’t speak Japanese yet too and they don’t have a TV. But NHK could make them covenant compulsorily. I contact with NHK as soon as I knew fact of contract.

NHK never approve this illegal contract. Absolutely I soon make a protest and I requested cancellation but they refused with sweet words. I was really angry for their method. This is a crime.

I soon instruct technical interns to cancellation their bank account because NHK subscription fee payment is withdrawal from bank account. I told NHK about their bank account cancellation then NHK said to me, “Is that your method?”

NHK method is a crime but my instruction is only defense!!

They are asking citizens, “A subscription fee payment is impartiality therefore we demand all.” I don’t understand NHK of this comment. And I really don’t pay for them forever. If they want to make me got a contract, explain and apologize this illegal fact of contract on TV news.

They are a quarrel state right now

Suddenly, my smartphone was ringing a bell. I received, “Hello, this’s Hitoshi Yamaguchi.” “Hi, Mr. Yamaguchi I’m Betty.” And she said, she wants to commit suicide. I soon ran to her apartment after hanging up a phone.

It needs over 40 minutes from my home to her apartment by a car. We talked together as soon as I arrived. I said, “What’s happen to you? Tell me please.” She said, “I’m fighting with my colleague and I’m limit of patience.”

According to her, her colleague often says nasty things therefore they are a quarrel circumstance for a while.

After this, I talked with her colleague about their quarrel. Her colleague said, “She has many problems. For example, she always returned back to home late night it’s over 2:00 a.m. and she’s often getting out home at 4:00 a.m. I always open my eyes when she returned back thus I can’t get a good sleep so long time. I’m limit of patience.”

I said them that you have to return back to China even if you can’t make a reconciliation together. They look like to agree their reconciliation.

Skin burn by a pharmaceutical liquid

In the early morning, I received phone call from technical intern trainee. She said, “My fellow suddenly took a skin burn at her face. Please look at her.” And she showed me her face by video phone. Then I really surprise because her face became red and swell. I soon went running her apartment. According to her fellow, she had covered with a pharmaceutical liquid to her face.

Her face was gradually well little and little when I arrived but I soon searched hospital as soon as I arrived and I could bring her to Tokai university hospital.

Doctor prescribed her 2 type of steroid ointment for her eyes and skin face. I can’t help wishing that her face burn become good soon.

I’ll bring her to the hospital again 2 days after. According to a doctor, “This is not serious probably, it’ll soon become well.”

Believe it or not

   Believe it or not, I will be only one member of the staff in my current main job. Actually, my main job is a technical intern trainee acceptance job. Absolutely, I’m a military martial arts master and swimming instructor but these jobs are sub right now.

About 1 year ago, my main job was swimming instructor but I wanted to work for foreigner therefore I tried to search for a job.

Current company had only 1 staff before I joined. An employee who work here only one staff said he wanted to help current job together. I soon agree his invitation and I had become an employee. But I don’t know why I was selected by him and boss by entrance interview.

   One year has already passed since I entered, my current chief who had invited me has presented his resignation to boss. He will leave here until end of next month. Now I have to remember many unknown job until last one month because I work here for only one member of the staff in this company. Now I’m really afraid about my future because I can’t have confidence in myself.

Date with Chinese technical intern trainee

I had promised few days ago with my Chinese technical intern trainee to go to somewhere together. But I’m little bit afraid because she is woman. Even if I bring her to somewhere alone, this behavior is an act of treachery for my wife. But today, I choice to make a date with her during a day. I said to my wife, “I have to go to work today.” And I wore a suit as well as usual but I actually had a casual wear. My car started to her apartment...

I asked her, “Where would you like to go today? An amusement park or beach for swimming?” she soon answered me, “I want to go to the beach because I want to swim with you.” I had selected to go to Odawara coast beach. Absolutely, I know this coast beach is not shallow to a considerable but it’s good for swimming than any other water. My car stopped near the coast parking lot and we walked to the beach together. It’s too rough wave. Miyuki beach was swimming prohibition during a day. I didn’t choice to swim in this wave. Of course, I could enter the water like this but I was anxiety her. At last, we went to the pool of near the coast.

We swam from 11:00a.m. till 3:00p.m. This pool has three swim places. One’s for baby pool, one’s for normal playing 50m pool and one’s for only swimming 50m pool. We used the swimming only 50m pool together. It goes without saying I’m swimming instructor thus she choice to go to swim with me because she wants to get my swimming instruction.

She could swim about 50m but her swimming style was not good. She could swim by a crawl, backstroke and breaststroke. She doesn’t swim by only the butterfly. I soon made a decision to instruct her breaststroke because her breast style was too bad. It looked like a frog style. Her swimming style didn’t have glide form therefore I support her to make a glide form as slowly. 1 kick, 1 stroke and 1 breath, I instructed her to make a glide form again and again…

Time was near 3:00p.m. her swimming form was gradually good little and little. She tried 1 kick, 1 stroke and 1 breath with long time glide style.

After this, we went to Karaoke box together and we sang a song between 3 hours!! She often selected Chinese popular songs but these songs were very fresh for me because I haven’t heard Chinese popular songs until this time. I could pass very enjoy time with her after a long time.

We went to a steak restaurant for our dinner when we returned back to her apartment. Then she said, “Could you please bring me again and instruct me more?” but I said, “Sorry, I won’t make a time anymore because of busy.” I have a job at every Saturday. Anyway, we spend enjoy time together very well.

Blackmail of Korea

According to news information. Japanese government has decided to pay money for Korea because of a post war compensation. But Japan had already paid a lot of money to them for a post war compensation therefore I wonder why Japan make a decision to pay again. I don’t really understand. This many payment money is our TAX so that means, it was our money!!

I think that Korean people are blackmail especially anti-Japanese people and groups. They will certainly request money Japan again even if Japan pay money them at once!! Furthermore, we will admit that we raped Korean women at WWII though Japanese didn’t do it!! Please never pay money to them because of our self-defense. Stop to pay money. I can’t help wishing so as I’m looking at TV news every time.

Let's go to heated pool for swimming!!

I went to heated pool at Nagaizumi town, Shizuoka prefecture today in order to swim. I’m always visiting to a pool for swimming near my home but today is a national holiday therefore I wanted to go to somewhere far away. So, I make it a rule to swim over 7 times one month. And I have to swim over 1,200m during 1 hour certainly.

Recently, Hakone new way has become free from charge way therefore I can go to Shizuoka prefecture free of charge by way of Hakone mountain from Odawara city.

I often go to its place when I want to go to swimming pool. All of them are 25m a short course swimming pool.

I did swim 200m individual medley 10 times during 50 minutes. It’s just 2,000m. But it’s too easy to swim because there’s no swimming menu program when I swam. I always instructed to members when I was a swimming coach. Up is 200m, Kick is 400m, Pull swim 400m, 100m IM 4 times, 200m IM 4 times, Down is 100m so on. This is all 2,300m during 50 minutes. This is very difficult to swim rather than only 200m IM 10 times plus Up and Down. Now I remember, when I was a swimming instructor. Many members were able to follow my swimming menu program.

Where did a missing person go?

Where did a missing person go?

I went to a police station to file a missing report. About five weeks ago, I received a notice that a person missing suddenly. An executive director soon ran to a customer office. According to an officer, a missing person has disappeared without notice in an early morning. After the incident, we’re searching but a missing person doesn’t find yet.

In a police station, I sat in an interrogation room with an information of a missing person. A detective asked me the missing of detail information.

When 2 hours have passed, a detective said, “Is resolution done?”. And he continued, “Even if a missing body will find somewhere, you’ll have to take a body? Many missing has almost found a cadaver.”

After this I was written a paper, I receive a missing person if it becomes a cadaver.

Absolutely, a missing person won’t find a cadaver probably but a police said, “This paper is 25 years in force.” In other words, I have a responsible for a missing person during 25 years. Impossible!!

She hasn't got a director's qualification.

When I had caught a flu virus, I visited to hospital from very early morning at 7:00a.m. although my job time was 3:00p.m. afternoon.

But I couldn’t be seemed by a doctor soon because children who had taken a fever over 38 degrees Celsius took precedence.

Time was over 12:00p.m. my name didn’t call yet. I was waiting over 5 hours, I asked doctor that my current fever is also over 38 degrees Celsius. Please look at me although I’m not children.

At last, I could ask my company over 1:00p.m. my flu infection.

I soon told about my illness to swimming director but she said, “Your contact is too late. Your proxy won’t find by your late!!”

I was really surprise by her comment to me. What should I do at that time? I think, she hadn’t got a director’s qualification!!

And she said, “You haven’t got a good friendship with other job worker therefore your proxy requests always refuse, don’t you?”

This comment is a power harassment.

She and club’s top manager asked me, “Why don’t you make an apology us?” but I couldn’t make an apology to them because I was not bad anything!!

I often remember her although it’s past over four months after resignation. I was really angry for her of Kataoka!!

Now, I’m listening old music front of my PC.

Even if I could return back that our days again, it would really wonderful, wouldn’t it?

So I remember that it’s past over four years after the day. You said, “I’d like to ride on a plane.” I answered you, “Okay let’s go with me.”

I know you already forget me by your hard life but I can’t forget you ‘Cause that our times are really enjoyable for me…

I know we never meet again probably but it’s okay. I understand since when you left from front of me at that time.

The season will soon become winter. This coldness is also stepping on to around you.

Japan doesn’t need to accept refugees

TV news broadcasts said, Japan accept many refugees as well as EU. When I first saw this TV news, Japan doesn’t need to accept refugees.

Why?

I strongly oppose to accept refugees from Syria because Japan has already accepted many foreigners from developing countries. Our Japanese accepting foreigners from developing countries system was called the Technical Intern Training Program. (TITP).

Absolutely, many foreigners from developing countries don’t pay many taxes in Japan and they are protected very strong rule by a law in Japan.

Their salary is kept a minimum wage by Japanese law.

Our Japanese citizens have to pay an income tax every month from our salary but they don’t need to pay tax.

A money which they pay a pension from their salary will pay back them after returning to their countries.

TITP is a very good system for many developing countries but TV news never broadcast this system in Japan.

The Japanese people who don’t know anything this system request for accepting refugees. It would be foolish.
Current Japanese government considers that more expansion is being considered.

Please broadcast our Japanese this system when TV news broadcasts a problem of refugees in order to inform many unknown ignorant Japanese.

I really think so.

Hurry up to execute.

I often check current Japanese condemned criminals. Now there’re over 130 in a prison. They are waiting for their execution every day.

I think, hurry up to execute them especially long time waiting person because many new condemned criminals are in coming to the prison.

It goes without saying that they should have to execute immediately because Japanese condemned criminals are murderer certainly and they killed many people. I can’t help wishing to make them executed as fast as possible.

The minister of justice should have to order execution soon. Even if a minister doesn’t order it, this minister is unnecessary!!

Japan is a law abiding country and these death penalty rule is made by our Japanese citizens. Not made by a government!!

Please don’t forget it. This rule is made by us and I can’t help hoping to execute. If there’re person who opposes this death penalty rule, it’s antipathy to all Japanese people.

Many memories

My current job will soon finish. I’m working here since 6 years and a half ago. This working is a very enjoy and freshness for me. As you know, I was a computer system engineer before this job worker. After resignation of the system engineer, I soon selected swimming coach job because I like swim.

There’re many remembers during 6 years and a half. I invited certain woman who was children swimming coach to Takamatsu city by airplane because she want to ride on a plane. Of course, I always ride on a plane for going to Takamatsu or foreign countries so on but she hadn’t ridden on an airplane. I thought that I was very enjoyable to go on a date with her.

Someday, our swimming coaches were swimming in an ocean about 100 meter offshore from water edge. Then coach of leader requested us to dive there and pick up stone from bottom of this ocean!!

We were diving but many coaches didn’t pick up stone but I could get it. Maybe, this water’s depth was near 10 meter. A visibility was so bad therefore I couldn’t see anything when I dived. I picked it up, I really joyful at that time. I never forget these experiences.

I made a decision to quit a job.

I made a decision to quit current job at last. Actually, my family, parents and my wife’s parents request me to change job because current swimming coach’s job is not formal employee.
I always got many formal employees proxy job but my proxy request doesn’t get anyone because I’m contract employee. Therefore, I often give up my family’s plan and private schedule by job.

As you know, not only I have no national holidays but also no consecutive holidays when I start this job of 6 years and a half!! Furthermore, current company doesn’t give me a rest although I have a fever by illness. Why? Absolutely, it needs to find a proxy worker for me when I take a day off.

Total job workers are too few especially for my proxy because I’m special job worker. I can instruct from 3 years old little child to an adult members hard medley classes. It’s almighty. But there’s no swimming coach to instruct these almighty classes therefore my proxy doesn’t find easily. Even formal employees can’t instruct almighty classes!!

Come to think of it, I remember that many formal employees resigned during 6 years and a half. Perhaps, formal employees are also requested hard job by the company. I know that over 10 formal employees go away from this job. If it includes contract employees in this count, it’s over 20 or 30 workers have left here during 6 years and a half!!

Now I think, I’ll be able to work here about 2 years but I’ll give up current working shift time after over 2 years due to tired by old age. If my shift time will shrink more, my salary will also shrink. Current salary is not enough nevertheless it’ll shrink more only 2 years after. Now my body is no problem and I have a power to change of job.

IT’S NOW OR NEVER!!

Don’t lose this timing. I know, I’ve got the feeling sadness for leaving many little pretty children but I have to stay alive after 2 years!!

Is his correspondence normally?

My sweatshop company doesn’t give me paid vacation although I request to want. I don’t know why but they give it to formal employees because keep a labor standard act. I’m not formal employee however I’m working for more than eight hours a day. My regular day offs are 2 times in a week.

1) 21 days 152.3 hours, (Year of 2012) in a month average.

2) 21 days 159.1 hours, (Year of 2013) in a month average.

3) 21 days 164.2 hours, (Year of 2014) in a month average.

I’m working here since 6 years and a half ago after computer system engineer resignation but I’m not formal employee and they don’t make me released from work when my relative had passed away. I requested to a company manager that I have to take part in the vigil of my relative but he said, “Please find your proxy when you pull up work early.” Then I gave up leave early work and I didn’t take part in the vigil and farewell party at that time. However, formal employees not only get a day off easily but also pull up work early easily.

Is his correspondence normally? I don't request a day off many time. Of course, I'm no late arrives nor absence!!
