Caught a cold in spite of the festival

About 3 days ago, I felt a bad condition little bit but I thought that it’s for only tired by hard job. But today’s morning, I woke up very early morning by bad condition. I soon checked my body temperature after waking up.

My body temperature is 37.3 degree Celsius. I have a low grade fever.

I remember about 3 days ago what to do. 27-Apr was a day off after a long time for me therefore I went to the beach in order to play flute and get suntan. I didn’t feel bad at that time but I might be caught a cold.

As you know, Japan has started long spring holidays from yesterday. It’s called “Golden week holidays” in Japan. And our city makes it a rule to do the biggest city event of parade at 3-May. Especially, the biggest festival of Matsubara shrine festival takes place between 3, 4, 5-May. I will be able to get a day off only 3 days between 3-May and 5-May in this year due to this festival. But now, I’ve got a cold unfortunately. Absolutely, I can’t get a day off therefore I’ll work. I can’t help wishing to recover my health as fast as possible.

A contract cancellation

A certain woman who is working for a coach was said by a company about a contract cancellation until end of May-2015 unfortunately.

She was a formal employee so long time ago but she became a contract worker after she had married.

So, she always had taken a day off and pulled up work early time due to her children engaged. She has two children and she is always called her child of kindergarten. For example, child has a fever by bad condition so on. Then she always asked me her proxy job every time. Absolutely, I always got her proxy job even if I can. But she couldn’t get my proxy because I didn’t get a day off.

She said, “I already decided next job therefore don’t worry.” According to her, she will work for a swimming coach again at other swimming school.

I think that there’s no choice because she always got day off. But our man can’t take day off the easiest than housewives. Our man couldn’t get a day off even if relation has passed away therefore I couldn’t take part in my relation’s funeral now and then. But housewives can take day off easy than man. They often use their child of bad condition. Absolutely, a company and we couldn’t confirm her reliability. Anyway, there’re lots of day off.

Listen to me, I got day off at least 3 or 4 times during a year but she had got day off 2 or 3 days per month!! I really can’t believe her reliability. But she could work 7 years after she became contract worker.

Why a company gives her day off easily like this? Why a company doesn’t give us day off when we really need?

Matsubara shrine festival

According to breaking news information, Matsubara shrine festival of the final festival order(宮入順) has announced by all town’s under the protection of the local deity of a lottery. There’re 28 towns to attend this festival which is the biggest festival in an Odawara city, Kanagawa prefecture.

This festival takes place during three days between 3, 4, 5-May every year. And the city event of Hojyo 5th parade(北條五代祭り) takes place at the same time of 3-May. Matsubara portable shrine(神輿) takes part in this city event parade before starting shrine’s festival.

Actually, the 5 shrines which are built at central Odawara city take place each shrine’s festival at the same time because all shrines are requested to take part in a city event parade by Odawara city. Therefore all shrines prepare their portable shrine(神輿) same timing.

Each portable shrines(神輿) are soon prepared to attend their each shrine of festival after return back from city event parade.

Matsubara shrine has 28 towns under the protection of the local deity and all towns have each portable shrine(町内神輿). Their town’s portable shrine are carried during the festival.

This year of 2015, there’re many portable shrines and floats will take part in this biggest festival. And I can’t help wishing to good weather condition during the festival.

Last night of my dream

I saw a strange dream last night after a long time. The dream that my wife and me appear in a certain building office, made me surprised very well.

This office in a certain building builds near the coast and Naomi is working in this office. Then I come or stay this building in order to pick her up.

That day, a weather condition is very bad and the coast is heavy storm. The wave is very high and it often comes near a building in an office. I think, I want to leave here with Naomi immediately.

Suddenly, the big wave is surging from the coast when I look at the outside to what care. Then I think, the wave swallows this building without fail and this building will be broken by it. I soon hide from windows to concrete corner position reflexively.

Among the roar, all in sight is covered with sea water around outside but the wave doesn’t break a building. All windows are safe.

After this, I soon call Naomi and I said, “Are you alright?”

She answered me, “Yes.”

“Where’re you now? We have to leave here as fast as possible because the big wave will soon assault this building again.”

“Then it doesn’t know that this building hold out or not next time.”

Outside is silent as if nothing. I soon run up a stairs for going to Naomi.

She is sitting on a chair front of her Personal computer. There’re a big windows to face the coast behind her.

Some of workers in an office include her. She looks like so difficulty job. She is not in the eye this dangerous circumstance for the building.

I said, “What are you doing?” “Hurry up to leave here with me immediately.”

She answered, “No, I can’t. I have to remain for job it’s very difficult now.” Her boss also sits near her for her support.

“Hey hey hey, do you know what happen now? If a big wave assaults this building again, it might be broken. We soon have to run away from here now.”

“Please, please hurry up!!”

But she doesn’t move from her seat.

When suddenly I look at outside through the window, rough waves are gradually high. I think, next wave will be bigger than a little while ago. If it comes here again, this building is really broken.

And at that time, the sea waters pull offshore in a blink of an eye, the big wave just like a Tsunami assault our building.

I soon push away her boss who support job and I hold her.

It looks like a slow motion films, the towering waves swallow the building right now. I was determined to die…

Am I miserable?

I was really surprise because my old company job fellow suddenly appeared when I instructed children swimming lesson…

I saw him at swimming parent seat when I had prepared a pool open before starting children class.

To tell the truth, his daughter had admitted my club’s children swimming class at last month but I didn’t know. His daughter comes me and she said, “Mr.Jinkoenig coach, you were working with my father, weren’t you?”

I answered her, “Ahhh… Yes Yes I was.”

I was very busy from morning at that time therefore I didn’t talk with him at that time unfortunately.

We had worked together about 17 years ago. I went to Mishima city Shizuoka-pref from Odawara city every day for developing computer software. We were working during 5 or 6 years there. After this, he had resigned our company because a parent company headhunt him at that time… I soon withdraw this parent company and we separated.

I had recalled many remember when I saw him although it’s past over 17 years!!

According to his daughter, he is still working there. Maybe, he already becomes a section chief or section manager probably but I am only swimming coach now. I’m feeling miserable a little bit.

I said to my fellow coach about this. My fellow said, “Please don’t say a miserable. Our swimming coach is also good job. Why do you think so? Why you didn’t go to him soon? I think, you now make the favorite thing work. You take pride!!”

I’m doing this job for more than 6 years already. This job is a small salary but I like this work. Next time, I guess that I go to him if he come again.

A crisis of a contract cancellation

I was said by an employee. “A company would like to take a discussion with you. Therefore please give me your time about 30 minutes.”

According to my company, all contract employees must take a discussion for a repeat business signing with a company every year.

In this time, I had a trouble with my company when I was an influenza infection. I was really angry for an employee and I complained her.

Absolutely, I think that I’m not wrong. Her inconsiderate remark had made me got a resentment. My resentment was a natural by her inconsiderate remark.

I’ll take a discussion with my boss and manager soon. It goes without saying that they pursue about my strong complaint surely but I won’t be able to apologize them because I’m not wrong. Now, I don’t know what to do. I may have to search my new job soon by this discussion result.

Incompetent Boss

When I was a system engineer at least 7 years ago, a team leader or a manager work was a job management with a business control. I thought that a business control includes worker’s arrangement control.

Even if a boss, a leader and a manager don’t manage these employees control, these working statuses are unnecessary in a job.

For instance, some employees or workers suddenly take a rest by sickness so on, then they have to manage realignment of personal distribution immediately.

If sickness absence worker find a proxy of themselves and a control of a worker’s disposition, then management job is really unnecessary.

I can’t help wishing to decrease these incompetent bosses in a world of a company.
