When
I was a system engineer at least 7 years ago, a team leader or a manager work was
a job management with a business control. I thought that a business control
includes worker’s arrangement control.
Even
if a boss, a leader and a manager don’t manage these employees control, these
working statuses are unnecessary in a job.
For
instance, some employees or workers suddenly take a rest by sickness so on, then they have to
manage realignment of personal distribution immediately.
If
sickness absence worker find a proxy of themselves and a control of a worker’s disposition,
then management job is really unnecessary.
I
can’t help wishing to decrease these incompetent bosses in a world of a
company.
