Many memories

My current job will soon finish. I’m working here since 6 years and a half ago. This working is a very enjoy and freshness for me. As you know, I was a computer system engineer before this job worker. After resignation of the system engineer, I soon selected swimming coach job because I like swim.

There’re many remembers during 6 years and a half. I invited certain woman who was children swimming coach to Takamatsu city by airplane because she want to ride on a plane. Of course, I always ride on a plane for going to Takamatsu or foreign countries so on but she hadn’t ridden on an airplane. I thought that I was very enjoyable to go on a date with her.

Someday, our swimming coaches were swimming in an ocean about 100 meter offshore from water edge. Then coach of leader requested us to dive there and pick up stone from bottom of this ocean!!

We were diving but many coaches didn’t pick up stone but I could get it. Maybe, this water’s depth was near 10 meter. A visibility was so bad therefore I couldn’t see anything when I dived. I picked it up, I really joyful at that time. I never forget these experiences.

I made a decision to quit a job.

I made a decision to quit current job at last. Actually, my family, parents and my wife’s parents request me to change job because current swimming coach’s job is not formal employee.
I always got many formal employees proxy job but my proxy request doesn’t get anyone because I’m contract employee. Therefore, I often give up my family’s plan and private schedule by job.

As you know, not only I have no national holidays but also no consecutive holidays when I start this job of 6 years and a half!! Furthermore, current company doesn’t give me a rest although I have a fever by illness. Why? Absolutely, it needs to find a proxy worker for me when I take a day off.

Total job workers are too few especially for my proxy because I’m special job worker. I can instruct from 3 years old little child to an adult members hard medley classes. It’s almighty. But there’s no swimming coach to instruct these almighty classes therefore my proxy doesn’t find easily. Even formal employees can’t instruct almighty classes!!

Come to think of it, I remember that many formal employees resigned during 6 years and a half. Perhaps, formal employees are also requested hard job by the company. I know that over 10 formal employees go away from this job. If it includes contract employees in this count, it’s over 20 or 30 workers have left here during 6 years and a half!!

Now I think, I’ll be able to work here about 2 years but I’ll give up current working shift time after over 2 years due to tired by old age. If my shift time will shrink more, my salary will also shrink. Current salary is not enough nevertheless it’ll shrink more only 2 years after. Now my body is no problem and I have a power to change of job.

IT’S NOW OR NEVER!!

Don’t lose this timing. I know, I’ve got the feeling sadness for leaving many little pretty children but I have to stay alive after 2 years!!

Is his correspondence normally?

My sweatshop company doesn’t give me paid vacation although I request to want. I don’t know why but they give it to formal employees because keep a labor standard act. I’m not formal employee however I’m working for more than eight hours a day. My regular day offs are 2 times in a week.

1) 21 days 152.3 hours, (Year of 2012) in a month average.

2) 21 days 159.1 hours, (Year of 2013) in a month average.

3) 21 days 164.2 hours, (Year of 2014) in a month average.

I’m working here since 6 years and a half ago after computer system engineer resignation but I’m not formal employee and they don’t make me released from work when my relative had passed away. I requested to a company manager that I have to take part in the vigil of my relative but he said, “Please find your proxy when you pull up work early.” Then I gave up leave early work and I didn’t take part in the vigil and farewell party at that time. However, formal employees not only get a day off easily but also pull up work early easily.

Is his correspondence normally? I don't request a day off many time. Of course, I'm no late arrives nor absence!!

Suicide attack in a bullet train

According to news information, an old man had set fire himself in a Shinkansen bullet train 30-Jun-2015. Probably, he was not a terrorist but a suicide. But an extraneous woman was killed by this happening with him.

This happening occurred near my working place at Odawara city, Kanagawa-pref, when I instructed swimming lesson. It just 12:00p.m., some of helicopters were flying on a sky and many customers talked something each other. I soon checked web information what’s happen. Then I knew this happening near my place but I have to prepare next children swimming class soon thus I was not care more at that time.

After that, I know this was a suicide attack by him and police investigate his house. But it doesn’t know why he tried yet. Of course, he also had gone away. If he only wanted to die himself, he didn’t do it on a bullet train. Furthermore he tried to set fire at first deck purposely!!

I guess, I never forgive him and these like terrorist attack. Shinkansen is the most safety bullet train in a world. I can’t help wishing that it’s never threatened forever after this.

Deploy Patriot missile

According to news information, it already deploys Patriot missile in some point locations around Tokyo for against North Korea attack.

I think that it might include Fuchu city in Tokyo because there’re some point of military installations and some of Japanese big electronics company which has developed self-defense force computer systems around there. It goes without saying many Japanese military main computer systems were developed by this region. I don’t know these selection key point locations contain Ichigaya self-defense force base, Yokosuka U.S. military base and Atsugi U.S. military base so on. But these U.S. base locations won’t aim by them probably.

I’d like to know where locations are protected by Japanese government except the imperial Palace and the Diet Building.

Caught a cold in spite of the festival

About 3 days ago, I felt a bad condition little bit but I thought that it’s for only tired by hard job. But today’s morning, I woke up very early morning by bad condition. I soon checked my body temperature after waking up.

My body temperature is 37.3 degree Celsius. I have a low grade fever.

I remember about 3 days ago what to do. 27-Apr was a day off after a long time for me therefore I went to the beach in order to play flute and get suntan. I didn’t feel bad at that time but I might be caught a cold.

As you know, Japan has started long spring holidays from yesterday. It’s called “Golden week holidays” in Japan. And our city makes it a rule to do the biggest city event of parade at 3-May. Especially, the biggest festival of Matsubara shrine festival takes place between 3, 4, 5-May. I will be able to get a day off only 3 days between 3-May and 5-May in this year due to this festival. But now, I’ve got a cold unfortunately. Absolutely, I can’t get a day off therefore I’ll work. I can’t help wishing to recover my health as fast as possible.

A contract cancellation

A certain woman who is working for a coach was said by a company about a contract cancellation until end of May-2015 unfortunately.

She was a formal employee so long time ago but she became a contract worker after she had married.

So, she always had taken a day off and pulled up work early time due to her children engaged. She has two children and she is always called her child of kindergarten. For example, child has a fever by bad condition so on. Then she always asked me her proxy job every time. Absolutely, I always got her proxy job even if I can. But she couldn’t get my proxy because I didn’t get a day off.

She said, “I already decided next job therefore don’t worry.” According to her, she will work for a swimming coach again at other swimming school.

I think that there’s no choice because she always got day off. But our man can’t take day off the easiest than housewives. Our man couldn’t get a day off even if relation has passed away therefore I couldn’t take part in my relation’s funeral now and then. But housewives can take day off easy than man. They often use their child of bad condition. Absolutely, a company and we couldn’t confirm her reliability. Anyway, there’re lots of day off.

Listen to me, I got day off at least 3 or 4 times during a year but she had got day off 2 or 3 days per month!! I really can’t believe her reliability. But she could work 7 years after she became contract worker.

Why a company gives her day off easily like this? Why a company doesn’t give us day off when we really need?
