Crazy people decide anything

South Korean people would like to change a global standard of “Sea of Japan” name to “East Sea”. I don’t know why they want so. For example, there’re many name of sea around Japan. “The Sea of Okhotsk”, “East China Sea” and “South China Sea” so on. But our Japanese doesn’t feel anything by these names. I think Korean’s are really different Japanese although their face looks like Japanese very well. Maybe, Japanese never understand them forever.

It goes without saying I oppose to change its name. To begin with Sea of Japan is NOT east side from Japan. It’s that the Sea of Japan is located east side only Korea and China.
According to news information, the commonwealth of Virginia has made a decision calling “East Sea”. Can I ask Virginia assemblyman? Why don’t you find that name is a crazy?
I desire not to be foolish, at least if they are lawmakers!!

Anti-lock Breaking System (ABS)

As you know, there is an Anti-lock Breaking System (ABS) of a car safety system. I know it and I was helped by this car safety system when I was using my car today.
8-Feb (Sat) is heavy snowfall from morning and many snows covered in a road. I was really bad condition by illness of cold from 2 days ago therefore I’ve been to hospital by my car today. I already have a fever over 100.4F (38.0C) when I went to a hospital. According to doctor, I haven’t become infected by flu virus fortunately.
When I got off from hospital, a snowfall was very strongly and many snows covered in a road completely. Some of running cars are using tyre chain but I haven’t got it.

I rode on my car and I started my car from hospital parking in order to get back home. After a short time when I started my car, then a front of my car suddenly stopped by signal red sign. As soon as I stepped on a break but my car slipped. I thought that I couldn’t stop and my car would collide to front of my car. Then suddenly my car break system was a vibration and my car slip was stop. I could feel my foot these vibrations. Of course, my car didn’t stop yet but a car escaped from slip circumstance. I strongly step on a break to continue for stopping my car.
At last, my car did stop before collision of front car!! I was helped by this ABS car break system today.

Meaningless overtime working

I was a computer system engineer before becoming swimming coach. My old working company always requested me when I pulled up work no over time. “You have to work more.”
“Look at around you. Other workers are very busy. They’re always working at late night every day.”
I did work a lot of quantity rather than other many over time workers but former company couldn’t correct judge me.
I was always complaining to the company and my boss not only my working quantity but also high quality. However, unfortunately the Japanese company couldn’t look at employees correctly. As a result, I resigned a company although I was working there just 20 years!!

When I worked for mobile phone software development, I could complete to make many programing during on time working therefore I didn’t need to stay in an office over time work but many poor skill workers couldn’t complete their work and they always stay an office at late night every day. Obviously, my working quantity was an enough than other workers and my programming didn’t have many bugs (mistakes) than other workers but company always requested me to work more and more.
I couldn’t help approving the company’s request but I really didn’t want to work more because I thought, my quantity was a top level in this office at that time.

So, I did work slowly in order to leave my work unfinished for my over-time working but my work often finished during on time. After this, I saw an internet website during my over-time and I often studied English in this meaningless over-time working so on. I did respond to a request the company!!

But one day, I called my boss and a company made me resigned this job.

No medicine can cure folly

When I pulled up at work, then I was called certain woman’s employee. She said, “Actually, I’ve made a decision to resign a company until end of next month, thank you very much so long time.” I was really surprised when I heard this sentence from her.

There’re many employees and job workers quitted this job since this work was changed by current company. Even with that, many staffs resigned this job I’ve ever seen!!
So, this company’s meaningless lectures that it takes place at a company headquarter, are still continued and it’s needed many useless money.
I found a good sentence for a company. “There’s no art that can make a fool wise.”

I wish a happy new year for myself

According to some of New Year cards, former my company had gone bankrupt last year. Of course, I was shocking but I didn’t surprise when I knew this information because I knew it before.
When I resigned at that time, almost employees had dispatched work even though a company was not a temporary employment agency. And when I resigned a company, five employees quitted at the same time.

Five years has already passed since then, even if I stay at former my company, I would be able to get a job like now? I don’t know.
I don’t say that I’m happiness by my foresight just because I resigned a company before bankruptcy.
In any case, I worked there for twenty years and I could do not only many studies but also many experiences when I was working. It goes without saying I’m really thankful for the company.
I really would like to meet former employees and I want to drink with them as we talk our working together.

Crazy Media bias

According to Mainichi newspaper, Japan exacerbates tensions with Japan’s neighbors by the Prime Minister visited to Yasukuni Shrine. Especially it’s difficult to keep a relationship with China…
Can I ask you a question Mainichi newspaper? Why Chinese illegal many actions don’t break a relationship but Japanese prime minister’s normal action will only break a relationship?
Mainichi newspaper and many Japanese mass media broadcast these crazy sources every now and then.

Have Mainichi newspaper and other mass media broadcasted Chinese illegal actions as well as the Prime Minister’s taking a beating on a large scale? To begin with, Japanese haven’t already got a relationship with China since they attacked many times to us. I think, all problems are caused by Chinese actions.

Stop a report of crazy news source Mainichi newspaper and Japanese mass media because your news source is a media bias certainly. If these media pick up Chinese and Korean many bad actions impartiality, Japanese would put trust in the broadcasting.

Sweatshop

   Listen to me, our company’s employees often went to H.Q. for meeting and business training. Absolutely, they have stayed far of H.Q. between one week and or more. It needs many transportation expenses and hotel charges. Furthermore, we are to perform work for one week in which they have been to. Above all, some employees go to H.Q. per month for taking part in a meeting.
   I was a computer software engineer during 20 years before I’m working current swimming coach. Then we used online meeting every weekly because all attendances are very far thus it’s difficult to gather per week.

So, I wonder why current company doesn’t use online meeting system. Maybe, it’s very cheap than payment of airplane transportation expenses and their hotel charges.
   On the other hand, a company often makes a decision to cut the number of staffs for a budgetary cost down. By this policy, we can’t take a rest work easily. Especially, fulltime workers are difficult to get a day off due to nothing substitution members.
For example, I’ll have to work if I have high fever by cold or I won’t take part in my relation’s funeral due to nothing substitution members!!
   I think that management post worker should have to know a state of scene. Because their choice doesn’t always good select for the company.
