An eight staffs include formal employees leave from current work place until end-of March-2013. They have variously reason each other to quit job. It’s the most resignation occurrence when I entered this job since over four years. Therefore current work place looks like very urgent recruitment new staffs.

In this month, some of new staffs are starting job with us. I heard that some of new staffs will be formal employee. But I know that this company’s formal employee except part-timer will transfer other places at future!! Allegedly, some of formal current employees resignation cause is they don’t want to be transferred. Absolutely, I’m only part-timer right now thus I’ll never been transferred.
