Who is responsibility?

Mr.K whose former pool section manager will be Club’s top manager from April-2013 has entered hospital. Allegedly, he won’t return back to work at least one month thus there’s no top manager during April-2013. It goes without saying he doesn’t announce his illness to public. Moreover, eight staffs will resign include three formal employees until end of this month of March-2013.

It already announces that our club’s Jr. swimming promotion basement will be changed from next month by his proposal. By this promotion change, all Jr. swimming coach not only have to remember new system, but also instruct each lessons following the new promotions absence a responsible person. Current new three workers who start a job before one month are yet apprenticeship. To make matters worse, formal employees are all unskilled for a swimming coach except specialty of coach whose are the part time workers. Moreover, our club will take place the spring special Jr lessons during two weeks from next week. There will be over new 100 children whose admit already in this school program.
