Am I miserable?

I was really surprise because my old company job fellow suddenly appeared when I instructed children swimming lesson…

I saw him at swimming parent seat when I had prepared a pool open before starting children class.

To tell the truth, his daughter had admitted my club’s children swimming class at last month but I didn’t know. His daughter comes me and she said, “Mr.Jinkoenig coach, you were working with my father, weren’t you?”

I answered her, “Ahhh… Yes Yes I was.”

I was very busy from morning at that time therefore I didn’t talk with him at that time unfortunately.

We had worked together about 17 years ago. I went to Mishima city Shizuoka-pref from Odawara city every day for developing computer software. We were working during 5 or 6 years there. After this, he had resigned our company because a parent company headhunt him at that time… I soon withdraw this parent company and we separated.

I had recalled many remember when I saw him although it’s past over 17 years!!

According to his daughter, he is still working there. Maybe, he already becomes a section chief or section manager probably but I am only swimming coach now. I’m feeling miserable a little bit.

I said to my fellow coach about this. My fellow said, “Please don’t say a miserable. Our swimming coach is also good job. Why do you think so? Why you didn’t go to him soon? I think, you now make the favorite thing work. You take pride!!”

I’m doing this job for more than 6 years already. This job is a small salary but I like this work. Next time, I guess that I go to him if he come again.

A crisis of a contract cancellation

I was said by an employee. “A company would like to take a discussion with you. Therefore please give me your time about 30 minutes.”

According to my company, all contract employees must take a discussion for a repeat business signing with a company every year.

In this time, I had a trouble with my company when I was an influenza infection. I was really angry for an employee and I complained her.

Absolutely, I think that I’m not wrong. Her inconsiderate remark had made me got a resentment. My resentment was a natural by her inconsiderate remark.

I’ll take a discussion with my boss and manager soon. It goes without saying that they pursue about my strong complaint surely but I won’t be able to apologize them because I’m not wrong. Now, I don’t know what to do. I may have to search my new job soon by this discussion result.

Incompetent Boss

When I was a system engineer at least 7 years ago, a team leader or a manager work was a job management with a business control. I thought that a business control includes worker’s arrangement control.

Even if a boss, a leader and a manager don’t manage these employees control, these working statuses are unnecessary in a job.

For instance, some employees or workers suddenly take a rest by sickness so on, then they have to manage realignment of personal distribution immediately.

If sickness absence worker find a proxy of themselves and a control of a worker’s disposition, then management job is really unnecessary.

I can’t help wishing to decrease these incompetent bosses in a world of a company.

Search my proxy

At 23-Dec(Tue), My condition was bad and my fever was 37.5 degree Celsius during a day. This night, I go to bed as soon as I returned back from work but next morning my body temperature was 38.5 degree Celsius.

My Wednesday job time was from 3:00p.m. till 11:00p.m. therefore I went to hospital before my job from 7:30a.m.

There were lots of patients at the hospital waiting room and high temperature children had taken precedence. I was waiting about 2 hours.

A doctor said to me, “You’ve infected an Influenza. Unfortunately, you won’t get off your house during 5 days.”

I said a company in order to tell my illness and I soon searched other coaches due to a proxy for me but all coaches will be not proxy for me.

It goes without saying my job is a swimming coach therefore I have to enter a pool from morning till night.

I thought, it’s okay to go to work even if I didn’t find my proxy although my body temperature was over 38.0 degree Celsius because it’s too difficult to find my proxy. How many coaches should I find when I take a day off only a day? Maybe, 2 or 3 coaches need for my proxy during a day.

However pool manager said, “You have to find your proxy immediately. Even if you are not soon, then you will make us troubled like this.”

My patience has snapped. I bellow.

“Make us troubled like this!! I don’t understand your sentence!!” “Hey, what’s the meaning of the sentence?” and I said, “As soon as I have just seen the doctor, I searched my proxy!!”

I know, the searching proxy is a very difficult therefore I made a decision to go to work. But she only demanded me to find my proxy.

Absolutely, I need to go to a company’s office if I search my proxy because I don’t know all staff’s shift state during 5 days. But she said, “Don’t come to a company because there’s a risk of infection.”

How should I find my proxy? Why should I find my proxy? Why pool manager doesn’t find it instead of me?

I could get a RIMOWA topas at last

At last, I bought a RIMOWA suitcase via an internet online shop in this month!! Actually, about 20 years ago I often visit to an oversea trip with my wife at several times a year but we hadn’t got a suitcase at that time thus I want to get it soon. Well a certain day, I went to the department store for getting it.

Then I first saw it, it was RIMOWA topas suitcase. It was very nice and I soon love at first sight… However, I had to give up to buy it soon ‘Cause the suitcase price is too expensive for my those days!!

About 15 years later, my wife bought a RIMOWA topas (932.63) suitcase via an internet online shop at first. It’s too cheap because Japan was an appreciation of the yen at that time.

Furthermore, 5 years later, I bought a RIMOWA toaps titanium (945.63) suitcase at last!! Indeed the first time in twenty years I could get it.
