According to employee, current my company top manager (section chief class) requests to get a signature from all staffs due to recommendation current pool manager to club’s manager. He would like to be pool manager to club’s manager.
A section chief class of top manager’s instruction is same the company instruction. Even if all staffs refuse it, he’ll make a pool manager been club’s manager forcibly. Why he get a signature from all staffs?

So, I haven’t asked by him about this signature yet!? Then certain staff said to me, “You already sign your name, don’t you? I confirm your name on a paper!” Me: ”Huh??? I haven’t signed.” Who wrote my name instead of me? Maybe is it top manager? I don’t know what kind of meaning does this signature.
