This menu was 50m crawl multiply 6 times that (300m) was up, Next was 50m butterfly plus 100m individual medley plus 50m crawl swims that are 4 sets (800m). And half free medley swim menu was all (400m). And cool down swim was (100m). This all menu was 1,600m during 50 minutes.
