When I was a system engineer about 20 years, then I was always said by seniors. “You must consider logically for anything. And don’t use many words for only one thing because it’ll be happen a misunderstanding.” And he said. “An explanation is very simplicity. If it’s very difficult and complex, it can understand anything even if children heard it.”

So, Japanese language has many words for one thing. It’s not good for business language due to many happening of misunderstanding. If it happens to misunderstand on business, a company would make big loss. Therefore I was often using English when I was working at that time.

Now, I already quit an engineer and I’m instructor for swimming school coach but former seniors these teachings are keeping in my mind.
